PicsArt Studio is a feature-rich tool in need of some performance tweaks to make it a truly great app. The clean, black interface is a nice addition, as well, and from the home screen there are numerous other options, including drawing tools and collage creation.
While the quality of some of the clip art and text tags is not exceptional and the app is not exceptionally fast or responsive when moving or placing these items on an image, the overall volume of options is impressive. In many cases, this would have led to a messy, convoluted design, but it works here, even with the text labels on each of the buttons. What PicsArt Studio has done is combine many of the most common features provided in other free photo editing apps into a single interface. When combined, these options allow you to do everything from frame and text-tag your images to filter and add masks and effects to photos. PicsArt Photo Studio doesn't offer many features that other photo editing tools don't already, but it is well crafted, smartly designed, and filled with options.
